Stop bruſhing your teeth and inſtead have healthy oral habits.
Food and ſaliva remineraliſes teeth. So, eat a mineral-rich diet, which means, ſalt your food properly. If you can't diſtinctly taſte the ſalt in your meal, you haven't ſalted it properly. And do not mouth-breathe, as the teeth rely on being coated by ſaliva at all times. Make an effort of chewing properly.
Plaque and similar debris is removed during proper chewing. Drink lots of yeaſt water, ſuch as water kefir. Yeaſts that digeſt regular ſugar compete with, and out-compete, plaque bacteria. Plaque bacteria and yeaſts are not juſt preſent in your mouth, but alſo in your bloodſtream and circulate into the mouth again via the ſaliva glands. Regularly drinking a lot of yeaſt will completely dominate any plaque cultures and ſtop them from ſuſtaining themſelves.
